Welcome to my website

Here is the latest information about the flower essences that I co-create with the lovely plants that grow on the surrounding land here. I live in a house I built on over 100 acres in the foothills of the Berkshire Mountains of western Massachusetts in the United States. It¹s quite beautiful here and remote enough to give me that sense of quiet and peace that I cherish.

Flower Essences of Fox Mountain was started by myself under the name of Running Fox Farm in 1989. When I moved farther up the mountain I changed the business name to reflect that move. I have just moved again but am still very close to my original location. Fox Mountain is a small company committed to quality of product and clarity of intention. As I write this in January of 2001, this line of essences is currently distributed in the United States, Brazil, Columbia, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, England, and Holland.

I make the essences using the standard solar method. I choose not to change their strength by using crystals, pyramids, or any other means. I feel that their level of potency is just right. This is simply my intuitive guidance and not meant as a judgment of other people¹s guidance.
